I stood on the edge of a canyon in Wyoming and watched my daughter spread her arms wide like she was about to take flight. In that moment nothing else existed. That’s what I want for her life.
I know good people — kind people — who voted for Trump. I like them and I’m troubled by them at the same time. That tension tears me apart. And I don’t think I’m alone in that.
